On WINTER 2026 (19.-22.2.) we will have high-class Opera Master Class in Savonlinna (in cooperation with Belcanto Academy):
OPERA – Francesca Micarelli (soprano, vocolocist) and Massimo Lambertini (conductor, pianist) from Belcanto Academy (Trento, Italia).
The application time will be 3.12.2025-15.1.2026. The choices will be announced 22.1.2026.
Course fee: 300 €.
Each student will get 2×45 min vocal technique teaching and 2×45 min musical coaching and participate in recitativo sessions of 2×3 hours. Students will also have the chance to perform in the final concert on the last day of the masterclass. The masterclass focuses on the three Mozart – da Ponte operas; Le nozze di Figaro, Don Giovanni and Così fan tutte.
Savonlinna International Music Academy will organise an extensive masterclass-production on the same three operas in July -26, culminating in performances in the Savonlinna Hall together with the Mikkeli City Orchestra. The students who are chosen for the February masterclass in Savonlinna will have the possibility to audition for the July masterclass-production before the application deadline, this will be informed in detail later.

And on SUMMER 2026 (July) we will organize almost 10 high-class Master Classes in Savonlinna for example
– Mozart three da Ponte -operas for the singers (performances with Mikkeli City Orchestra in Savonlinna Hall in Savonlinna and in Mikaeli Hall in Mikkeli)
The application time will be from March 1 until April 30 (or May 15).
